Supernatural pack not showing up

Hello, I have been playing Sims 3 since I was 8, and I have bought all of the expansion packs. Although I have noticed that my Supernatural pack has randomly vanished? When I check the EA app, it says that I own the add-on but when I open the Sims 3 launcher, it doesn't show in my list of installed packs. When I hit "install" on the launcher, it sends me to the EA app's Sims 3 page. However when i click the supernatural add-on, there's no option to download it. 

I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, and no, revo will not help because my father tried testing on his MacBook which has never had the sims 3 installed on it and it still did not show up. I have even tried downloading it separately.

This is a repost of a discussion I started last month with additional info of what I've tried. Please do not only suggest revo, I am not risking **bleep** with my father's PC which I use for streaming.

    I'm having the same issue with Seasons. I've had the games since the day it came out. The game is in my library and installed, yet it won't show up when the game launcher comes up. I was going back and fourth via email with EA and they were not help at all. After five emails, they told me to come here...smh! I'm so mad!
