System Crashes and Restarts

Hi

I installed and opened the game without any troubles

but when i choose a house for my sim and click ok

the loading icon appears and then without any warning

my computer shuts down and automaticly restarts.

My computer is a desktop and it is not an overheating problem

my thermal paste is new and i have 6 fans in my case

and it is not a low hardware problem, maybe it is not the best but

highly enough for playing sims 3

İt is a software problem and i am looking for an answer about 3 months

anyone who knows the solution please tell me!

  • it's an antvirus programme  which some people that have win 8 seem to have that antuvirus programe which has a conflict with the sims 3

    we'll try the basics first

does orign have admin rights ? does the sims 3 base game and any expansion pack stuff pack you have installed have admin rights ? and also run in compability mode ?

edit to add that noting is blocking the connection firewall/antuvirus

Well, i run Sims 3 and all its expansion packs as administrator and in compatibility mode (win 7) but i never tried to do these on origin and yeah now it is working.

Thank you a lot for your help.

I tried to find solution for 3 months and how simple is the solution is...

it is a little bit annoying.
