THE LICENSE LIMITS FOR THIS PRODUCT HAS BEEN REACHED
I have tried new serial code 3 times, I've uninstalled, rebooted computer, and still keep getting the same message. They said they were going to add the amount of limits but they said that, that was not the problem. I have contacted EA 4 times and they have been useless I just bought this game yesterday haven't even played it never buying anything from EA again.

If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
