Yes but that site when i click on my account or redeem a code it takes me to a picture that says that the site is down for more days. is there any other way how to fix it without the sims 3 store site?

@zaraP12  The Redeem a Code page worked fine for me just now.  Please try loading it in a private browser window, or use Firefox rather than Chrome or Edge.

@zaraP12  Try a private Firefox window.  And if you're using a VPN, disable it and restart your computer.

If that doesn't help, try a different device, one that is connected to a different network (i.e. not your home wifi).

tried all of it and it shows me that page that the site is down everytime ☹️  even in a private window on firefox, even with disabled vpn and restarted computer and also on a diferrent device on a diferent wifi

i just created another account and i can open all of those pages from this device as it is. but i cannot change my account since i have all the games on the first one, what can i do? ☹️

hi, so i recently purchased a dlc from ea on the sims 3 but i can only redeem the code on the sims 3 store page where i go down to redeem a code, it takes me to a page where it says that the site is down, we will be right back, this shows me for days now. i tried using another device, another wifi, deactivating vpn, restarting, reparing, on firefox, on a private web, i created a new account and it all worked, but on this account it doesnt work, i can only use that my first account where all of my games are. thank you

Please be sure your VPN is fully disabled, and check that your location on your EA account matches your current actual location, you can check for that under Regional Settings in your account details here. 

Once you've verified that looks correct, please try redeeming your code again and let me know if you have any issues. 

hi i appreciate your tip, did all of it even now with my IT friend to make sure i did everything allright, but that did not work too, i have this account for more than 10 years might there be some kind of a problem with that you think?
