AZERVS_ Sorry for the late reply; I've been away from the forums for a few days. If you haven't already, please remove or rename the Sims 3 folder in Documents > Electronic Arts so the game creates a new one the next time you play. If the folder won't move, or a new one spawns before you open the game again, that would likely be an issue with OneDrive or another file syncing service.
Aside from that, please post a screenshot of the error you're seeing, for reference. Please also provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
