Szpadel_Szpadel If you haven't already, please try clearing the EA App's cache to refresh its data:

If that doesn't help, you'll need to contact EA customer support for help. Take a photo showing your WA disc, its case, and the product code (clearly readable). You can upload the photo when you submit the help request. I would strongly recommend live chat rather than email. If you don't see the option, choose a slightly different category of issue.
