this is happening to me im so annoyed i bought the game yesterday and still cant play!!! It says advisors are unavailable and no one is calling me when i requested x

I can't log in, I spent a grand and can't even log in. Just kill me. I have it on steam and it 'works' I just can't get mods to register/work, I did once before, but then I could also login.

@TheRealPyge  What game are you playing?  I ask because Sims 3 has never cost nearly that much, and this is an old Sims 3 thread.

Please also let me know exactly where you can't login and what error you get.  The EA App has been temporarily down a few times this week but should be fine right now.
