why is dragon valley taking ages to launch in my purchase history

@SapphireBlue124 Do you have a way to verify that the purchase is complete through the service you used tp pay for it? If you are using a service that is not a financial institution that service may (probably) be waiting for funds from banking institution backing the service to complete the transaction. As DV is a world this has to go through the thesims3.com store. If you bought it from Origin the purchase has to navigate from Origin to thesims3.com store then be registered as owned on thesims3.com my page and then it should appear in your purchase history. This could take some time and might not be immediate. thesims3.com has had some issues lately and I'm not sure all the problems .have been resolved. You can also download these items in game. It will download to the download tab of the launcher and from there it needs to be installed.

Thank you. Do you know how long it would take to get into my purchase history or not? I do have a proper payment account. On this EA order history it is coming through as completed but I can't download it. Can you download it from EA or does it have to be in the sims store to be downloaded? Would it be worth calling Origin tomorrow or the Sims Store or not and just wait it out?

Can I still play the Sims while it is loading into my purchase history?

@SapphireBlue124 You can play the game as the store is separate from thesims3.com store. You need to check your financial institution to see if the money has been paid out. Did you check to see if it's available through the in game downloads? As it is a world you have to get it through thesims3.com store. Have you tried logging off and logging back in to thesims3.com site? It should (maybe?) show up now if everything went right. thesims3.com my page sometimes takes a while to indicate but the purchase history should (maybe?) be somewhat fast. Try the log out - log in to refresh the data and see if that helps.
