Jam_4213 What skill level does your witch have? Until she hits level 1, she'll only be able to conjure apples. You can see the levels required for other magic here:

If she's above the level where she should have some other ability that's missing, please create a new save with a new witch and see whether they have the same issue, after they level up of course.
