Won't let me download sets off of Sims 3 website
How do I get the items I purchased on the SIms 3 website to download to the EA app. It will not work for me. I tried clearing my cache and it still didn't work.

Bryleeanne1 What exactly are you trying to download that won't work? It looks like your expansions and stuff packs are installed properly. If you mean the Store sets in your last screenshot, you may be seeing this issue when you try to install them:

But that shouldn't prevent downloading.
