y6pod2vg6jbo Please make sure you're entering the code correctly, not substituting a one for an i or a zero for an o, that kind of thing. If that's not the issue, do you see your new purchases registered in the EA App? Please check and let me know.
I've seen a number of cases of this issue in the past year or so, and I'm wondering if the problem is the linking of the Steam and EA accounts, like the codes get consumed when that happens and can't be added to the Store site. I don't have proof, but that would explain the issue.
At any rate, if you're entering the codes correctly but they don't work, and you can't access any Store content, you'll need to contact EA customer support for help. Take a screenshot of your Steam game library with the base game product code showing, as proof of purchase; you can upload this when you submit the help request.

Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.
Alternately, try using the help site without being signed in. Some categories of issue allow you to proceed without an active login, and many of those offer the live chat option.
