www.thesims3.com not registering my game

I've bought the sims 3 and some expansions (generations, ambitions, seasons, late night) from steam, and afterwards, I linked my steam account to EA App and downloaded The Sims 3 there as well. Howev...

    Idk what happened but after a month I was granted access to the exchange somehow! I had like 10 messages out of nowhere of a guy called SimGuruMonkey saying  I now had access ( I sent a screenshot). Hopefully it helps any other people having the same issue.

y6pod2vg6jbo​  I don't know what you're reading on reddit, but this is not a problem with EA App installs by definition because the code your account receives is supposed to be unusable.  The code has already been redeemed by virtue of it being added to the EA account.

You need to contact EA support, that's the only move here.  It's not something that an EA community manager can fix for you—they don't have the tools, as they've said many times on this site—and certainly not something you or another user can fix on your own.  I should have said "again," but still, the point stands.
