Well I wouldn't go as far as ridiculous heights lol, that's pretty funny, but I'll check it out for sure. If I have any great success I'll post it. I do have a laceration scar that would be nice to be able to have, but it is always covered by clothes anyway so I guess it doesn't matter.

I always find it weird how maxis sims have their boobies dragged to the floor so I noticed pretty quick theres something to do about it :lol:

Well I got something pretty close but then realized I don't feel super comfortable posting a sim with little clothes on that looks sort of like me lol, that seems close to violating something, and in clothes the sim looks too similar to the one I already posted to bother with, except for having slightly heavier legs and hips. That really was a help for sure. The face, it looks like some pictures of me but not like all pictures of me, I think that is the difficulties of cartoons. But it's as close as I can get it within the game. My partner always jokes about my sharp pointy chin stabbing him, so for one thing I gave myself the sharp chin lol. I dunno, I get pretty obsessive about trying to make an avatar that looks like myself, but I always feel like something is off, my partner says it's because uncanny valley or whatever.

About the face thing, I have been told that my face is very animated, by many people, which is difficult to capture in pictures and I think that's what makes it difficult for me to be satisfied with avatars.

Interesting--I always thought the game made them too perky, so unless they're small, I actually lower them a bit to include a bit of natural sag

Congrats! If you're not comfortable posting the pic, that's cool--the only thing that matters is that you're happy with it

I did get this one Disney Dreamlight Valley avatar to look exactly as I did with short hair lol - it was pretty crazy. Everyone said it was accurate. I might have to remake that avatar.

Well I just know they have some pretty strict rules on this forum, which is great, I don't want to break any of them inadvertently. And it does feel a little weird like, hey check out this pic of an avatar dressed in underwear that looks like me - I'm kind of past that attention-seeking point in my life lol. I mean, you know -

My partner said that my sim self is too big and her face is too wide. I always think that I’m bigger than people say that I am. It’s part of body dysmorphia I guess. But we also talked about - so he is a designer, he actually designs games, anyway he said that especially with the newest generation of sims there is only so much variation that can be made, and even if I tweak everything to be exactly perfect, I will not be satisfied, because you cannot go beyond the confines that the game has, the sims all look sort of the same in the end. He said that’s just the way video games are. I get this obsession to try to have an avatar that looks exactly like me with every game that I play, but the thing is that cartoons are not human, and video game characters are not custom. we can only do so much with the limits that we are given. It’s always interesting to get the perspective of a pro. But yeh apparently I made the face way too wide, he said that’s the first thing he noticed. I need to get him to design a custom video game character of me lol. If he ever has time.

He's right that there are limitations--CAS is a fairly powerful tool, but it doesn't allow for adjustment of everything. With that being said, you can use CAS to narrow the face. In fact, there are several ways to get a more narrow look. The first way is to click on the forehead and move the mouse around--in the up/down direction you can make the face longer/shorter, and side to side you can make it more narrow or wider.

You can also drag the cheekbones in or out, and even the jaw line
