The interior furnishing is lovely! 🙂 Very nice wall patterns in the rooms and warm brown and white colours. The design of each area is great. The kitchen and dining room is pretty. The curtains and wall decor are lovely and great layout.
Stay tuned for a continuing update for Grace & Manuel' Aguilar in my Silverford Valley thread with some exciting news from Manuel.
Hope that you all are able to visit my story threads. By the way, I was given a shout out in this week's Friday Highlights about my 'Orphan Sim" Stories.
Here are the rest of the photos of the rooms in Giovannia's house and Eugi's living area although he spends lots of time in the main house.
The main bathroom below
Eugi's living quarters, guest/dog house or whatever you want to call it below with the main floor and bedroom photos, The living room using the CAS Tiny living room and the bathroom is from my gallery.
That's all the house pictures and as Eugi and Giovannia continue their lives together I will decorate the down and upstairs as need although a hobby area will soon be needed in the basement.
Have a great day and as pirates say, 'There she blows!
As promised here are the interior posts of Giovannia's main house and Eugi's living quarters for the time being starting with the Parlor-style living room.
The next few pictures show the entry hallway that runs from the front door to the laundry and stairs to the second floor. It was tricky getting angle opposite the washer and dryer but think it works.
Next we have the Art Deco style kitchen
Below is the little deck off Giovannia's master bedroom that also has a the Magic Realm cauldron. Giovannia is more of a light vampire and is not into the dark colors usually associated with Vampires. The deck below that is off the back door where there's a grill with a small seating and eating area.
So that this post isn't too long, I will put Giovannia's bedroom and bath photos along with the interior of Eugi's living quarters where I uses the Tiny room styles in CAS for the first floor with a full bedroom on the second floor with Tiny Living furniture in the next post.
Hope you're all having a very 'Fun Friday' with both your families and Sims.
Here are pictures of Eugi & Gioannia's house-to-date in Forgotten Hollow. Well technically it's Giovannia's house at least until Eugi no longer has to sleep in the "Dog house' so-to-speak behind the main house. Here's the description of the original build of Cypress Magic:
Built on the #Glimmerbrook #Watch for my #Finding #Love After #Breakup household. The separate little house using Tiny Living styled rooms was built for the #cheating partner for #him/her to in the #dog house so-to-speak. The Lady of the house (Giovannia) is a spellcaster so her house was built & decorate mainly with #Realm of #Magic decor. There's a #chicken coop and garden patches around the house for some home grown food.
Exterior & Unfinished Interior Views :
This is the little house that I built for the 'Cheating Partner' of the 'Finding Love After Breakup' scenario from a few years ago to function as a comfortable 'Living in the Doghouse' idea. Below are views of the basement area which is access by the door to the right of the entry above. It's kind like a secret entry with a ladder staircase. This avoided the need of lowering the house to put a staircase inside the the main house as I've found in the past that it was tricky trying to get the foundation back to the original height of the house before which is way I normally add the basement before raising the house.
This is how I used to add basements to houses in Sims 3 that had a foundations where I would start the basement under the separate garage and then un it under the house. The sideways picture of the basement area worked best. There's a nice area at the bottom of the ladder with a coffin for Giovannia to sleep in if she needs to and then a hallway to the future spare bedrooms and baths and a family hobby area. The picture below that is the outline of the second floor with space for a bathroom, nursery and two bedrooms and a family hangout space.
The Chestnut Ridge ranch looks lovely! 🙂The exterior design and the layout are great! The black open shutter windows and white walls are very nice and great arch entrance. The pool is very nice and lovely outdoors living patio to enjoy sitting relaxing on the loungers or at the table.
I just created a thread for my Silverford Valley game save households and posted Grace Ford's story. I plan to go into the household for a bit today to get some pictures of her house and family.
Here is the link to that thread and for Silver Valley Orphans. I'll keep the Silver Variety Stories thread for the households of my main game save now that I'm figuring out how to keep the forums happy.
Eugi and Giovanni are a lovely couple 🙂It is good that Giovanni wears sunglasses to protect her eyes. The makeover of the original house that you built for them is lovely. The addition of the second floor is great, and the patterned windows are pretty. The fountain is very nice.
