I wanted to share what I'm working on, I'm making my own world, I'm looking for feedback, I've collected lots from the exhange and built my own lots.
The world contains it's own description, animated Icon and picture.
The world map, contains it's own Icons, descriptions. I still need to place the sims in the world, I've got about 40-50 free slots, in the world to place the monster high sims, I used mainly Rental units like dorms, to increase this count.
Skelen Moania was the founder of New Salem, I wanted to give the town more identity than just being place where monster high is, so this is the lot she currently lives in.
Skelen Moania, owns the local graveyard, but it's used more like a nightclub than graveyard, it's where the monster high students goto party.
Coffin Bean Café is the hottest haunted spot in town for Monster High students to come after school, whether they want to hit the biteology books, chit chat while playing with monster pets, or enjoy scaretastically scrumptious snacks.
The truth of the matter is that, I'm not actual a massive fan of monster high, but I do enjoy creating worlds , especially worlds with a good amount of law. What can be difficult for me, is when i build a lot, I always consider gameplay first for example that Coffin Bean Café cost less than 18K, it makes me think outside the box to make something look good on tighter budjet. I've downloaded so many fantastic lots from the exchange only to bin them, due to making the game, load forever and I just wish some builders will actual play test the lots. Just don't get me started on the move objects cheat, when I download a lot I always seem to have 10 cupboards infront of my bed.😄
I've got no plans to share the world file, I don't won't to face the wrath of the plagiarism police, but if anybody is intrest, I will post the links to everything I've used and setup instructions.
The only mods I'm using are stuff I can use and edit myself, I'm trying to keep the world Custom Content free, I did make a small mod that changes the text, to say Monster high instead of Copperdale school, that was for immersion. I also use the Home Regions mod to help setup sims, I don't wont a NPC from Willow Creek walking past my door while I'm playing in a monster world and vice versa, keeps everybody where they should be.

Sorry for the late reply, mad as it sound I'm still working on the world and the mod (14 months). I'm looking into how to release the world while I finish the rest of the mod. It's in a very player-able position at the moment. My Current plan is to release what I've done around the 1st December, some of the Aspirations will have place holder rewards and the race Traits are not yet complete, so what I was thinking was to update them parts of the mod after release.
To show you the format of the new aspiration this is one example of what I've done with the Aspirations, the aspiration in colour not gold, like other aspiration, it's so you can tell that your playing a Monster High Aspiration and makes them look a little different.
Name The Ultimate Man-Hunter (Greta Gremlin)
Blood Origin Greta Gremlin is one of many gremlins that spawned at 'Clamp Center' where she drank a serum with gender symbols, making her appearance more feminine. Greta Gremlin often brutally attacks other Gremlins when they tried to flirt with her.
Current Monster This will Be the Name of the Current Sims, The reason for this if you use the aspiration a sim that is not Greta Gremlin It will place the name of current sim here so it makes the aspiration a little more immersive
Description This Sim wants to use their untamed allure and terrifying charm to lock down a partner for life—whether that partner wants it or not!
Recommended Occult (ANY) This is on only a guide, all the aspiration can be complete with all the sims, but if for example your playing Draculaura (Vampire) then the aspiration will give you an advantage for playing a vampire sim.
Recommended Gender (Non Binary) A small number of aspiration use recommended gender, with Greta Gremlin for example in the film gremlins she drinks a gender change potion to become female, so this was used in a aspiration objective. Another Example was Viperine Gorgon, she plays very girly girly, nothing wrong with a male sim playing that aspiration, but it's very pink and fluffy bunnies and it's similar with Manny Taur Aspiration, based on male Jock, a female sim can play this, but if you stick to the typical serotypes, it would be best to avoid the aspiration.
Difficulty Score 20/40 (Monsterish) Each aspiration comes with general difficulty score, it's just to give a general guide on how long it takes to complete. Also, something I was playing about with which might come after the release of the world. When you complete a aspirations you can spend the difficulty score points in upgrading the world
The World File
My current plan on this is to release 2-3 versions of the world and 4th option to build your own
1 The Directors cut version, this will contain everything from home-brew monster high characters, this world file will be best suited for pegi 12+ it will contain some of the mattel monster sims that they released like Pennywise. Also the requirements for using this version will be high, you will need about at least 80% of the expansions.
2 Monster High Version, this version of the will be similar to the director cut, but the world file will only contain official monster high characters. The world file will be much smaller and at the end of the day it's kids tv show so any sims and lots that push the age limit will be removed.
3 Build you own Monster High, This will only contain the lots, best suited for people without many expansions, you still can use the aspirations from cas, some of the aspiration call back to expansions, so you can pick what you wish to use
4 Nothing, with this version rather than using the world, you just use the mods to add to your current world or start a new world, giving you the control of what you wont in the world. You can have Monster High Calender with Monster Traditions, turn you cas into monster high, use the hundred monster high tattoos, Monster High Dynasty Symbols, Monster High Clubs+Icons, Monster High Fonts, Monster High small Business Icons, 150+ Monster High Aspirations split up over 6 classes, Monster High Career with 2 branches, Monster High Oddjobs, Monster High Holidays, 132 monster high objects.
Just one point about the world, I've been a lot builder since the sims 1, I value gameplay more than anything else, so please take that into consideration I do not use hundreds of objects to make a lot amazing I do my best to make a lot look good without over the top object use. All my lots and sims are available on my gallery but what I've done, I update the lots with my monster high objects after I uploaded them to the gallery so the director cut version of the world will contain all my updated lots. When it came to making the sims I tested designs by uploading different version of the sim to see which version got the most likes and downloads, I then used the final version of the sim in the world file, so at the end of the day the people who downloaded my sims picked what was used.

Race Traits, I will adding them in later or NOT
Lots Updates - Some lots still need monster high objects lot placement, it's not a major job, I made beds, some objects that are not placed down yet. Example I made Lockers that have designs for different characters, I need to update the houses with them designs and the Monster High school need the items placed in, I made a monster high school chair and stuff for classrooms
Aspiration Reward Traits - The aspiration do have rewards Traits and they work perfectly fine, but I do plan to add a some own made monster high rewards trait, not for every aspiration, just a select few
Custom Clothes and Hairs - It did take me forever just to make one and with the such a good selection of Custom clothes and Hair already available to download from the many different modders, I was not going spend 3 months making all the outfits, it was not going happen.
Lot Traits - I did make some lot traits, mainly to turn characters into occult, like one turned a sim into a ghost and another used the zombies from Strongsville, this is what I did use to help me test out certain conditions in gameplay. The only use I can see for them is that if you wont to start giving NPC Occult traits, turning sims back was sometimes a problem. They are pretty good at turning a normal human neighbourhoods into Monster high neighbourhood, so I might include them later.

First up the world is still being worked on, I'm making the world to be a complete package, that will include, different playing styles.
REASON FOR THE DELAY
I could give a long list of reasons, the main reason is why I was working on the world I kept coming up with new idea's to use in the world and them things take time to make. To give you a idea of the things I'm working on, I've made over 120+ Aspiration, traits and holiday traditions for the world.
RELEASE DATE
If everything goes plan it will be the 10th July, I've recently worked out the stuff I need to complete before I release the world and the mods, once I've finished my currently list of stuff to do and even if I fall short I will still release the mod on this date.

THE MONSTER HIGH CALENDER
The aspirations will get an update before release, the best way to explain this will be, if you take Frankie Stein, aspiration and your not playing that Sim, the Aspiration will change to your Sim name and the Aspiration will contain a Monster High Blood Origin Name, in the history of the Aspiration to tell you where the Aspiration was from. This is still being worked on.
I will leave you will a small secret, while I've been working on this world, I decided to add a crossover to the world, that will be Buffy the vampire slayer, she will have her own aspiration and could get interesting when she discovers Monster High. Just in case you would rather not play about with cute monsters, you might find an evil dead, Hannibal Lectar and several other true to life horror stuff, hidden in the world.
It been a long time since I did an update, on the world I was building.
I've decided I'm going to release the world when it's complete, probably sometime in January, but currently moving house so that might delay the release.
I've more or less finished the world, I've removed all the textures from the world file, and placed them in special a mod. This was done to avoid the Save Game Curroption problem, I think the main problem for curropted world files is connected with over bulky saved game.
I wanted the world to make the world feel more alive, so most of the sims, I've researched the monster high world, tried to use the law of the world.

Each of the main Monster High monsters have a custom made Aspirations.

The aspiration are more difficult than normal aspirations, but they are more like legacy type aspirations, you follow the sim thou it's life using the aspiration.
