Add septum piercing to CAS

There's a septum piercing in Eco Lifestyle. Only one, but at least it's available xx

And lip piercings too 😭😭

I'd love an industrial piercing, and that you can layer it with normal earrings (instead of one or the other). I like dress up or down my accessories IRL, and my industrial piercing I feel keeps my look—always a bit edgy XD
