Funny enough the places I'd need the most don't have bathe: Glimmerbroook/Magic Realm, Granite Falls and Selvadorada. As these places I tend to have more collector/outdoorsy/homeless Sims exploring the most. I do use Ravenwood and Innisgreen too, which have plenty of spots. Maybe that is why, I felt the feature isn't really implemented.
But I think it is because they are small worlds and/or hidden locations, large worlds they (the devs) made the effort to have more water features. I still think that, if there is water, effort should be made even if small worlds and/or hidden locations. The idea of bathing in nature instead of going home, so why would I go to another world just to bathe in nature? XD
