Are we ever going to get a "Collections"/custom tagging feature?

Sims 2 launched with Collections, I think. Sims 3 got them after a while. Sims 4's going on 11 years and we have absolutely, utterly, not a single dang way to organize our BB or CAS content...despite the game launching with more buy mode content than Sims 2 or 3 got over their entire lifespans.

That's a bit ridiculous, isn't it?

We're far beyond the point where we need a way to make our own collections. To mark things with our own custom tags or put them in our own custom folders. There's so many items in this game. The existing style and pack tags simply aren't cutting it. 

I'd also like to be able to hide items, so they are never visible. And while we're at it, how about in-game CC deletion buttons, like Sims 2 had? And while we're at that, how about a cheat to show filenames on hover...like Sims 2 had? So I can at least find that piece of awful CC I don't like and get rid of it?
