Aspirations As Club Requirements

I've wanted to start a couple of clubs for Sims the are either currently completing and have already completed specific aspirations.

For example, I want to start an Archaeology club only for Sims with those aspirations instead of just having 2+ skill level in Archaeology and Salvadoran Culture, instead of just any shmuck Sim with those skills already acquired. 

Yes, I know I can select the 'By Invite Only' option for Sims to join. I just feel it would be more special if aspirations could play a big part in the club requirements.
