Bonus content items should be put on base game

I just think that it seems more fair for simmers to get these items without being tied to a Expansion Pack, like, paying a buch on pre-orde just to get 3 items which are mainly for decoration? They d...

That'd be pretty cool for us players but it'd go against the objective of their existence (making people buy DLC  earlier at full prices).
