Hello 👋My first time on here because I have an idea that would make holiday gameplay easier for me. This has probably been thought about/suggested before but there should be different decorating options for your house where you can decorate it for the holidays and be able to select the premade decor when the holiday comes around. I envision this kind of like how you can make multiple outfits for the same category for example you can make two separate outfits for everyday wear. I am lazy and never decorate my house for the holiday because it takes so much work but to be able to do it one time and then select that decor when the event pops up would be a cool feature in my opinion!

Hrhwi​ this is a feature with the Seasons Expansion pack. There's a decoration box called the Attic Stack Decoration box that enables you to put up lights, streamers and bunting. It is just outside decor though but it's also linked to holiday events in the calendar where decorating the house can be part of the festivities. It can also be used at any time just to add fairy lights around the exterior of the house and around fences too.As for indoors as a workaround you could have 2 versions of your rooms saved to your library. One that's decorated for the holidays and one that isn't. You can place the decorated room when the holidays arrive and then place the regular one when the holidays are over to save time. But it's a shame the Attic Stack Decoration Box doesn't decorate things like interior ceilings and trims. It's odd that it has options to decorate foundations but not ceilings IMO.

Yes, holiday box is my go-to when I actually use it. I may have to try the saving two versions of the room as a workaround for indoor items!!
