Can we have a non-tropical beach world as basegame?

it doesn't have to be europe but i sure want a non-tropical beach for a change Sulani, Tartosa and Tomarang are all tropical beaches so i want a first non-tropical beach world com...

I really want a beach world with a US east coast type of vibe. In an ideal world it would be kind of like the part of Sunset Valley that was near the beach, but I would be happy if they would create an uninhabited world, as long as it had beaches with swimmable oceans. Then I would just build the lots myself to get the look I want.
