I'm sick of the empty promises EA gives to us players. The Bugfixes from today didn't change anything. I hate it and don't have any fun anymore. I enjoyed playing the Sims 4 for a Long Time, but since about a year it's just Problems and Crashes and Errors
I'm sorry to hear this, what specifically isn't working for you after today patch update? I've checked in game and noticed on my end a lot of the issues fixed have indeed been fixed.
I still get Error-Messeges like Overtime and Serverproblems. The Game Crashes after arount 35 minutes. And I removed Something from the Gallery, but when I checked again it was back there

Sorry to hear you're still running into some issues after today's update. While there were quite a large number of bugs addressed, that certainly isn't all of them. You can check here to see the current issues that have already been raised, as some you've briefly mentioned are definitely still on the list currently.
If you're seeing any new issues today that are not already on that list, please feel free to create a new bug report for each issue so we can gather some additional details to investigate. Thanks for the continued patience for any other issues that remain under investigation and didn't make it into today's update with the rest.
