[C&D] Let "Sum of All Birds" statue be put on tables

Yes, I know about the moveobjects cheat. I don't think an object that is draggable in Live mode should require the moveobjects cheat.

Visually, the "Sum of All Birds" looks like a taxidermy of a rare and exotic bird. Mechanically and in-narrative, it is a sculpture painstakingly hand-crafted from a large number of collected bird feathers.

Whether I think of it as a taxidermy or a crafted sculpture, I can't imagine leaving something like that on the floor to get kicked around in real life! I would want to put on a surface, so that it's closer to eye level and protected from kicking feet, crawling toddlers, and peeing dogs. I've been in houses with similar-looking objects. Nobody keeps objects resembling this one on the floor.

The owl looks like it should fit on an end table, a counter, or a pedestal. I have used moveobjects to place it there, and it looks fine. But again, the object is clearly intended to be dragged where the player pleases in Live Mode. There are other draggable objects of similar size that fit on surfaces. Please, PLEASE let me put the owl on a table.
