Cultural Info For Items In CAS?

I've been thinking for a while now that when we get items in CAS that are made for a specfic culture, it would be really helpful if when you hover the cursor over that item it gives you a small and brief description of the culture the item of clothing is from and how the clothing item should be correctly used.

I believe it would be very helpful for Simmers that are trying to be inclusive and respectful in their Sims that they make and in their gameplay. We've had so many cultural themed items added over the years that sometimes I think Simmers may use the items without knowing what the item of clothing is meant to be used for. I hope this makes sense.

I don't think it's an impossible ask because we know they can add info boxes on items in CAS letting us know if a Simmer collabed with them on an item. This could be expanded upon and hopefully we can be given helpful info on all past and future items of culture added.
