These are all very good ideas, but I ESPECIALLY agree on having an option to toggle Sims throwing up all the time from ailments. It's actually the main thing that makes me hesitant to put the pack on my wishlist despite loving everything else. My sister has the pack, and when I asked her about that particular aspect of ailments, it sounds like every single ailment has that effect on Sims, and that they'll do it randomly with no warning or time to prepare for it
Firstly, it feels kind of bland, even unnecessary for every single ailment to have that particular symptom on top of everything else. Secondly, don't Sims usually get some sort of warning before throwing up for various reasons? I myself have never seen a Sim do it in TS4, but I heard they normally get two moodlets, one after another. When the second one pops up, that's when you know to prevent them from doing activities, so they'll be able to run to the toilet when the time comes. Having it just happen at random without warning seems inconsiderate of emetophobes in particular. It seems to be a common enough phobia. Mine has gotten a lot better when it comes to cartoon depictions of the act, but I'm not sure what it looks or sounds like in TS4 so I can't say for sure if it would make me personally uncomfortable or not. Not to mention the other people who have it worse than I do
I had a Sim with a full romancing queue from and towards her, and she threw up just before the first kiss, and I had no time to interrupt X / She threw up pretty much at his feet and then they kissed, so gross.
