Expanding on Family Dynamics

I think being able to designate step/half siblings is a leap in the right direction. Will this extend to aunts/uncles or cousins? I'm also curious if it's been suggested that Sims who have a child (they don't live with) would pay child support? Lastly, with stay-overs and guests in recent expansions, would it be possible to work out a custody arrangement where the child could alternate households each week, or perhaps spend weekends with the other parent?
