France based pack
I have to ask chatgpt for some ideas but i do know it should come with 3 neighbourhoods
1 is a Village one with lots of natures (especially the forest since we have so little of them in the worlds in The Sims 4 and maybe we can clean the water in this part of the neighbourhood by using the boat or in the fishing spot options like they did with Nordhaven but differently)
2 is a city with apartments and more activities
3 is a beach part (maybe a swimwear shop similair to what the team did with Tartosa with wedding clothes)
Each have their own activities and traditions
Atleast 2 personality traits
1 or up to 4 aspirations
The things you can do outside the lots
And speaking of lots, it needs to have atleast 15 lots
I know the team should focuss on other continents (except the USA part of America) before Europe but i thought it doesn't hurt to share a idea based on France
And we have so little beaches The Sims 4 deserves to have more beaches in my opinion so i thought i balance each of it a little
Update: maybe even better we can have a eiffel tower as a background
before there's a mix up, it's this one i decided to make a full version of it: France based pack idea
