Fix Autonomy of Ranch Hand...Please!!!!

I know this has been brought up several times in here but I couldn't find any current discussions on this or that mentioned all the issues that I was having with my ranch hand. So I started a new one hoping to grab everyone's attention and also to grab the attention of those who can actually do something about it BTS at EA SIMS Division. 

Can you please fix the ranch hands autonomy? They always seem to be in the house instead of doing what they were hired to do. My current ranch hand doesn't even work the hours she is supposed to, she is at my house at all hours of the day or night. Constantly cooking, baking, starting things but not finishing them, just taking things out to cook than sitting them down and walking away, using the gym equipment, walking through the house, repairing things even though her only task is to care from the animals, doing laundry. The hours are supposed to be 7am to 7pm well mine shows up whenever they feel like and leave whenever they like, sometimes a full 24 hours later. The latest kick seems to be making white cakes. I think I have 5 or 6 in the fridge now and 4 or 5 other batters have gone bad that were started. 

This isn't the first Ranch Hand that has given me some or most of these problems. In another save I have a ranch hand did the same thing except the cooking part. That one seemed to follow my Sim around. She is a Celebrity Actress and he seemed to become a bit obsessed. I even tried to fire him and get another ranch hand after waiting for a couple Sim weeks. I succeeded and it worked great for a couple Sim days until somehow the old ranch hand showed up to work again and the one I had actually hired disappeared.  When her boyfriend moved in he finally stopped but it got weird for a bit. She would turn around and he would be right there.
