Agree 100% with the above. Definitely need more medical careers and sims health could be more challenging to maintain. We have ailments but some actual medical conditions that are treatable and a more realistic pregnancy. A lot of people are using mods for this and it would be nice to include it in the actual game.
Kids really do jump up to 16/17 year old going to uni and living on their own. It would be nice to see some pre teen stuff as you said. There is a grounding option but the best part of ts3 was the teen rebellion and doing chores to get in the good books again. Made it more interesting.
I'd also love to see hotels included. Maybe like a Disney or Universal Studios EP with rollercoasters and water parks.
I love Sulani and the quest to clean up but the world itself is tiny and not much to do after the clean up. They could include most of what you asked for in a big tropical resort expansion pack. I'd love to see some more sandy beaches and actual sunshine. Most of the worlds it just rains all summer! Thai influence or Indonesian would be nice. We have the Mayan ruin vibes in Selvadora but it would be great to have something similar as an actual world we can live in. Again Tomarang was a tiny world. Or a Cypriot/Greek vibe would be nice.
