Haunted house, business;, Occult Library

I started a residential Haunted house in Ravenwood;, Whispering Glen (64x64).

The family contains a glutton, lazy ghost/fairy who manages a small amount of herb plants and a sales table, a lazy, slob natural living/repair werewolf and a paranoid/cleanly spellcaster sim who owns the Occult Library. I expected some weirdness;, it's what I signed on for! :)

Guildry is annoying to the point of shouting;, I finally just deleted him. Never leaves even when turned off using the *helping Hand statue. Floats between the book shelves and sitting on the *Chillville Portable Cooler or Beds usually when somebody is trying to use them.

I put in *Right Sized Thimble bins in the Library and house but my sims seems to think that the only usable bin is the one in the park by Marigold Chateau, each bin MUST be emptied individually and the furthest bin from the sim MUST be used. It's worse when somebody has been cooking in the park! When did it become my sims job to clean every puddle in a rainstorm? Every plate in the world?

Due to running a haunted house, I have the *Seance Table in the residence, and a *Formidable Table in the library. This creates massive confusion over what table is being used for meals, due to the size of the lot and the occasions of if/which sims use a bed, table or chair or even the park to eat, the walking distange ranges from annoying to starving!

Books are still removed from the library on regular occasions. I hired a librarian (Iris Ladipo) to, at the very least, try to manage the book piles, but books are routinely dumped in the mud off the lot! The size of the world does not help...

    Sims usually use the table closest to the stove/fridge to eat so I usually put the dining table close by, either in the kitchen or dining room. However, if there is  a porch outside with a dining table and that is closer, sims will choose to eat outside even in pouring rain and even if it means circling the entire lot to get to it. If you have University EP, you could try getting a cleaning bot to help with cleaning trash and books. House bins need to be emptied in the wheelie trash bins or the dust bins that came with Eco Lifestyle EP. Maybe you forgot to put one of those on the lot. I like to use the Eco trash bin that gives you 10 simoleons every time you put something in it, because it does not need to be emptied. I thought they fixed the cleaning of puddles outside.

    The house is a simple two bedroom, one bathroom, hothouse room for plants and dining room (residential). I keep it single level, simply decorated and the business is nothing more than a single library room attached by a front veranda (public) and back veranda(Employee). The business is the front door of the house. Everything is raised off the floor and accessible by stairs. My *alertz burglar alarm keeps becoming disarmed for no apparent reason sometimes, there seems to be no way to turn it back on.
