I think it'd be cool if they also added ethnicities/heritages. I mean, it's cool to change the skin tone and make them look a certain way but I think it'd be nicer to add in an option to make certain sims a specific ethnicity/race. I feel like it'd be beneficial for those who play with mods, like the royal family mod. :)
