Make LandGrab, Alto and SPIRE Apartments Fully Customizable

I’m Tommy Hunt username Randy Orton148  and I have a suggestion that could enhance creative building and gameplay in The Sims 4 turning the LandGrab Alto and SPIRE apartments into customizable penthouses.

This feature would let us fully redesign these iconic apartments while keeping the rest of their buildings functional, combining luxury with flexibility. Builders and storytellers alike could create stunning penthouse designs that match their gameplay goals.
