More facial features options

More mouth, nose, and eye shapes, etc. There are so many different shapes for real people. There are no mouths with bigger, or hardly any top lip in Sims 4. There are no noses with big bumps. It's impossible to make the twilight characters accurate if I can't even choose the right facial features. And for many other celebrities and friends I wish I could make, obviously. I can't do mods and cc because I'm Xbox. I know there are mods for this kind of thing. I want them in the real game.
