I'd like to be able to hire other household staff other than maids and gardeners in the base game. For instance, how about someone to maintain the pool? A chef? A maintenance man/superintendent to send to rental properties if you're a landlord?
Yup, I have For Rent but instead of hiring a contractor when things go wrong, you could have a maintenance man/crew on staff to proactively maintain the properties. A pool guy would be fun to have just so the pools don't get that algae cleanup task.

This is already a feature in The Sims 4 For Rent. Playing as a Landlord, you can hire a contractor to attend the properties you own to fix broken things and sort out rental events.
