The "Content Not Being Owned/Installed", is a false notice, because everyone is getting it—no matter what. I think there is already a bug report out for it, let's see if I can find it.
Thank you so much for this! I tried looking and all I found was DLC that wasn't showing up at all. What I find odd is that this started for some about 5 months ago. And for me and another on that link you posted only happened since this whole update fiasco. Thank you again. I will post on that link then too.
