No solution to the rat problem

Although I love the realism of the rats in the (city living) pack I feel it needs a solution to the rat problem, like an exterminator or a way to get rid of the rat. I know the landlord can help you get rid of them but landlord don’t always get rid of them fully and it can be frustrating always have to deal with rats. So I think it would be an realistic addition to the game and a solution to a problem to add additional ways to get rid of rats.
