Please add all of these features to The Sims 4 as soon as possible

Been getting back to playing The Sims 4 and having a lot of fun, but a few things to point out that the game really needs in my opinion.

1 Personality Traits update, this is a must have, Sims lack personality and all feel the same, I want more autonomous animations, behaviour and consequences for different traits

2 Aspirations, this is needed in my opinion as I personally hate how aspirations work in The Sims 4 currently, little tutorials to progress through their Sims life is not realistic in my opinion and it should work as one, hard challenging lifetime goal like Sims 2 and 3 had, at least add a Toggle on/off option in settings for lifetime aspiration.

3 Make Milestones Memories like how Sims 2 worked, they have so much potential and should add more negative memories, also bring back good and bad ones in either red or green, this is really needed.

4 Give us more gameplay for Children, I want to see children going to Primary School like High School Years, also bring back the option for the headteacher to come round to get them into private school from The Sims 2, also add more playground equipment such as a slide, roundabout, see-saw and a new wooden set, I want The Sims Team to bring back Hide and Seek and Tig as well.

5 Teen Update or Pre Teens, Teens really need a update to fix the huge gap between Children and older Teens, High School Years has helped this a lot but Teens still need some work in the looks department.

6 Elders, I want to see Older Sims either become more grumpy or easier going in age like real life, Sims becoming less fit, also Bingo should be added and Walking Sticks, being able to have care staff come into The Sims home to help.

7 Hotels/Resorts Expansion Pack, what I want the most, I want to see a Overhaul of Sims going on holiday and Sims being able to own and manage a hotel resort, add waterslides, swim up bars and surfing.

8 Bands Expansion Pack, Bands need to be added, I want to be able to form a band and it's top feature that Sims have been asking for.

9 I want more Hobbies in the game to give Sims even more things to do in their spare time, also more active careers would be a bonus.

10 Give us a better choice of Wants for a Sim such as a specific job, more long term wants as well, Faster Needs Decay like Sims 2 to make managing needs more challenging, Improved Emotions to make them effect Sims more long term and fit with their personality better, Cars and updated Roads for Driveways/Garages like Sims 2, Functional Pool Tables and Spiral Staircases which many players have been asking for ages, I personally want Auto Roof and Snow Depth to be added to the game as well. 
All this The Sims Team could add if we convince them. The Sims 4 has so much potential and all this would make the game feel complete! 😊
