So If the secret of the child isn't revealed, those secret family ties don't continue in the family tree generations later, and the fake father ends up in the family tree as if he were the real father. Am I right?

Exactly. In the family tree, the “forged” father continues to appear as the real father and the child’s only parental connection all the way into adulthood.
