Disney expansion pack / world!
I’m a big Disney lover so if they can add Star Wars as a world, then Disney should be their next target.
Especially with For Rent, working elevators.
For Rent also sparks an idea, that would be great if it could work in tandem with For Rent, but would settle for a second pack/lot type. The Return of Home Businesses. Having a unit be a "Retail, Vet, Restaurant" and then "Residential", so your Sim could leave the business section. I'm not sure how taxing it would be for running the game, but I could see it being fun, if First floor was a restaurant/diner, then the rental units, including landlord, were above them.
I would like an update to the radios so you can also choose to have the radio play audio kid books for child, toddler, or infant Sims. I also wish the radios had a section to play white noise for toddlers and infants, for example it could play heartbeat sounds, rain sound, fan sound, fire crackle sounds, etc. Or if not adding this to the radios, then I'd like a device added to the game that did do this.

C.A.S. HeadbandsIdea: Build A Park Kit
This kit would add items so you could build a jungle gym. Items include more monkey bars, slides for children, slides for toddlers, more swings, swings for infants (who reached the sitting milestone if Growing Together is installed) and for toddlers. Maybe add one of those jungle gym small rock climbing walls for kids. A seesaw, maybe a small trampoline, tunnels to crawl through, fun shaped sandpits, a roundabout play (that spinning thing at parks)Base Game Update: Sidewalks
I build a lot of parks and I'd love if we could lay down our own side walk pieces to build a walking trail. Then you could set the trail as a bike path or a jogging/running/walking path. Sims could walk their pets here, ride bikes here, or even have infants in the back carrier and walk with them. I want this because I want a controlled area my sims are walking, jogging, or biking in, and not just running around the neighborhood out of my sight lol.
