Skin Details Filter Update

Hello The Sims team, I would really love to see an small but helpful update to filtering within CAS for Skin Details.

I have provided an example of what I would roughly like to see added to the filter section of all of the Skin Details sections in CAS please to make it much more easy to find certain details more quickly.

I think it would also help other Simmers understand what the specific skin details are if they don't really understand what it is they are looking at in CAS.

When clicking on the "Filter Items..." I would like to see Details or Detail Options and when you click on that it will provide a handy list of options such as Freckles, Birth Marks, Vitiligo, Stretch Marks, Moles, Acne & Wrinkles.

I truly think that this would be a very welcome Quality of Life addition to CAS.
