I like your suggestions. I prefer the new stuff, objects, CAS items, recipes, etc. New music would be lovely, it gets tiresome after a while if you play a piano player for example to listen to the same tunes over and over. New music genre/style for the piano or other instrument would also be nice. Would also be nice to have new style in paintings or grafitti, chinese, japanese, cartoons, poster, shop signs, etc. I almost never use the potions. I likes that in this event it asked us if we want potions or simoleons. Also, new decorative garden plants would be nice, real tulips, irises, lilies, zinnias, geraniums, forsythia bush, lilac bush. New realistic looking harvestables would be nice too.
I know what you are saying. I see the books as just missed opportunities rather than actual rewards.
