Even if the uniform itself is set, it would be nice to have control over the rest of your sim's appearance when going to work. For example, a chef with long hair might want to put it up when changing into a chef's uniform, or a musician might want a more formal appearance (hair, jewelry, makeup, etc.) when wearing the tux/gown uniform for top-level musicians.
