Accidentally deleted outside wall of apartment in City Living

Hi, I accidentally deleted the outside wall of 19 Culpepper Apt (the one with the little balcony) and now it won't let me place a downloaded apartment in there. Can you please help me?

    I think this must have been a glitch as I bulldozed the lot and it deleted the wall too. I did try rebuilding the wall but it told me I couldn't. Luckily, I have just gone into the lot again and it has reverted to it's former state. Whew! Thanks for your response.

Weird question maybe, but have you tried rebuilding the wall? You shouldn't be able to delete the outside walls, strange!
