I have a married couple who have two children. One infant and one toddler. I try to get the parents to do things like read to children, tummy time, just normal interactions and they wont do them, they just stand there doing nothing at all. Sometimes after they have held or picked up the children the adults won't tend to their own needs even if asked like to go get leftovers they just stand there. I do not use Mods or CC.
The first thread covers some of it but it usually has to do with the infant/toddler. If they are holding them it seems to help but if they aren't and let's say I try to put them in the high chair they will just stand there. Same goes with many other options like give bath, put in crib, and so on. There is to many to pin point a particular thing sometimes they will do it right off but most of the time they wont do what I click on. They do not have the motions or sign that seems like they are blocked, they just idle stand there and stare.
Do these threads sound like your issue? Is it only with their infant and toddler, or does it also happen with other actions they do also, when not holding their child? Do they have the sign that something is blocking them from doing it?
