I have a household that owns a vet clinic and there's just one sims in that household who "works" there. Now I want to move that sim to a different lot but I want her to own the clinic also. I haven't really figured out which is the best way to do it.
Do you just want to move lots or combine to households ?
If you just want to move lots, there shouldn't be an issue. Just make sure to move the entire household to a new lot (not use split or move the Sim to a new household via household manager.
If you want to combine households, make sure, the one that owns the clinic is the main household. clinics are tied to a household so if you move a new Sim into that household, they should keep the business but if you move the household with the clinic into a new one, you loose the clinic.
Do make a backup before trying in case something goes wrong though.
