All it does is rain

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.108.349.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have them all.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It's just constantly raining.
What happens when the bug occurs? it's been raining in my game for almost 3 weeks. We're in winter and even tho the forecast says snow it still rains. I bring up the menu to change the weather. The temp changes but nothing happens with the rain.
What do you expect to see? I want my seasons back ☹️
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

    I don't have a real solution.  I guess complaining was the key.  I got back to the game after my post and I changed the weather to snow again and this time is snowed and the weather has been wintery since.  I don't get it. lol  Ive been working on that for quite a bit. Thanks Crin
