Weir flash line after update

I deleted my mods and cc, uninstall and reinstall, clear cache, but sitll have weird flash line in my game, I thought it was my GPU but I did tested on another game, and another game was fine, only on the sims 4, what can I do, does anyone have same issue like me after the update?
