Apothecary & Brew Potion not populating inventory to craft

I am having an identical issue where my inventory to make cures AND potions does not populate. Sometimes it will say 0 / 2 or 1 / 2 but there is always enough in inventory. I am the right skill leve...

If that's not it, do you have plenty of them ? AFAIR, EBN like ECO shows how many more you need and not the total unlike other packs
