- @urnat80 I am having this exact same problem and have also done all the above! Very frustrated because this has been going on for a few months now. Seems nobody will help.
- @lilzairagrace It may be something to do with your connection, which people here couldn't help with, without actually seeing your network settings.
- @lilzairagrace Did you try the ping thing ? Did that fail or not ?

I am having the same issue. I haven’t been able to upload to the gallery for months now, I have tired all the fixes, and support says that they are working on it, more months have passed and a still cannot upload, it’s stuck on the loading screen. please help!

Do you have the link to your old thread ? Was it in this one ? This is my first post/thread! I can download things from the gallery, I just cannot upload. I’m desperate at this point as a creator.
